• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, move into processing on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive items ship in specialized cold-chain packaging and leave our facility Monday through Thursday only, so they are never held in transit over a weekend.
